STM Engineering was established in 2010 and supports both STM Group companies and external customers with technical expertise, consultancy and value-creating solutions. We help solve challenges, develop businesses and achieve successful results through multidisciplinary collaboration and practical engineering expertise. We deliver complete engineering packages as part of STM Group's combined service offering, as well as independent engineering assignments.
We provide project management and project administration services from initiation through to completion. Through structured planning, coordination and project monitoring, we help ensure steady progress, clear decision-making processes and effective control throughout the project lifecycle.

Courses and Training
STM Engineering AS has personnel with teaching expertise and provides technical training and competence development tailored to customer needs and organisational requirements. Training is delivered both in classrooms and through digital learning platforms.
International Welding Engineer (IWE)
STM Engineering has an in-house International Welding Engineer (IWE) and provides comprehensive welding engineering support.
