Our machine park consists of modern CNC machines that enable us to manufacture advanced components with high precision and short lead times. In addition, we operate several conventional lathes as part of our production.
Machine Park
Through continuous investment in modern machinery, we can manufacture everything from individual components to complex parts in materials including stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, titanium and other special alloys.
Ibarmia ZVH 60/L6000
The IBARMIA ZVH 60/L6000 is our most advanced machine. This multitasking machine combines turning, milling and machining with specialised heads in a single setup. It features automatic tool changing and the Sandvik Silent Tool system.
With 80 tools and ATC, a Ø1600 mm rotary table and a large working envelope, the machine is particularly well suited to manufacturing long and complex components for industrial, offshore and subsea applications.
